SHIPPING INFORMATION

We fully acknowledge the importance of a safe and timely delivery of the items purchased by our esteemed clients. Therefore we despatch our orders via most reputed couriers :-

ARAMEX AND FLYKING

They are one of the most reputed couriers in India and we utilize their services for delivery in India across their network. Typical Delivery Times are between 2-4 days. If the delivery is for some place where ARAMEX OR FLYKING do not have their network, then we despatch via Speed Post Services who also deliver in around 3-5 working days depending upon the delivery destination

Orders for delivery outside India are shipped via DHL who are also one of the most reputed couriers with international presence. Delivery Times are between 5-7 working days.

Once the order has been despatched, our staff informs the client via Email about the shipping details along with the relevant information about the courier and docket nos. so that they can track the movement of the consignment by themselves

TRACKING YOUR ORDER :
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, go to the My Account page and click on Orders to get the tracking number for your order.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES

International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees :
We ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.

EMS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery
